1. Regular analysis of the shareholder register. 2. Peer monitoring 3. Support transactions and activities related to Capital Markets/ Fundraising, M&A, and Corporate Strategy 4. ESG: Develop ESG communications and play a role in enhancing sustainability programs and ratings. 5. Analyse research reports of analysts covering the company and its peers, monitor their reports and views, and summarize them for senior management. 6. Develop high quality investor communication materials including PowerPoint presentations, results materials, etc. Educational Background & Work Experience: - MBA Finance/ CA with relevant work experience of 5-8 Years. - Experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking or Equity Research (Steel,Metal & Mining,Infra, Power,O&G) is preferable. - Experience could be in a front office role at a large corporate or financial institution or in captives/ outsourced units for reputed global financial institutions. - Strong skills in: Powerpoint, Excel, Financial Databases (such as Bloomberg)
