Investor Relations Roles and Responsibilities : - Support in developing the company's Investor Relations strategy for delivering enhanced shareholder value and ensure execution of the same - Keeping abreast with the market dynamics to provide useful insight, market research based knowledge and analytical support for decision making - Support in preparing press release and presentations for external communication i.e. analyst/investor, integrated reports, AGM presentations and responses for investors/analysts queries - Assist in organising various investor events like Investor Day, Plant Visit, earnings call, etc. - Provide timely analysis with respect to shareholding pattern, price movement, quarterly results, valuations, sectoral analysis in comparison with peers. - Prepare internal documents including market perception reports and IR MIS - Maintaining the database on institutional investors, analysts, and periodic external interactions Desired Candidate Profile: - MBA Finance or CA with 2-5 years of experience - Deep knowledge of financial accounts and understanding of financial ratios - A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends and industry dynamics - Able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines - Having a good reading habit; updated with current affairs impacting business dynamics - Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills is an added advantage - Strong Analytical and Research skills
