Handling entire Investor Relations MIS and day-to-day backbone including:

Preparing periodic performance scorecards for investors in collaboration with corporate finance and business teams

Logistical support and content preparation for quarterly investor calls

Investor and analysts contact database

Investor interaction scheduling, assisting with pre and post meeting notes, IR event and interaction tracker

Keeping IR materials updated - Manage and refresh investor FAQs and investor presentation on an ongoing basis

Ongoing information support for investors

Ongoing competition tracking and industry intelligence

Develop a financial model to track identified key competitors comprehensive financial performance and update it real-time (post quarterly earnings and any material corporate development)

Benchmark KPIs with competitors on a periodic basis

Public competitor shareholder benchmarking

Overall industry and competition commentary screening

Institutionalise a process to share competition and industry insights with leadership team

Assisting Head-IR in coordinating and operationalizing all strategic priorities

Cross-function coordination

Custom analysis and fact gathering

Other strategic projects and initiatives (i.e. fundraising etc.)

Act as a backup for Head-IR to ensure swift responsiveness to the investment community and other stakeholders.
