Our Client :

A leading India focused PE fund is looking for Investor Relations Professional.

Job Profile –

- Developing Relations Between Investor and Company.

- Consulting with Top management in corporate positioning and financial strategies.

- Planning and implementing investor relations program.

- Taking care of Investor Relations plans, development of investment cases.

- Coordinating and managing investor events for the client

- Improving relations between the Company and the financial community

- Conducting Market intelligence

- Good Contacts with Investor.

Knowledge of Private equity

- 5-10 Yrs Exp

- Must have excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written).

- International Investor

Preference would be given to candidates having Experience in dealing with US Market.
