Investor Relation

Job Responsibility:

- Understanding and analyzing various listed peer companies based on their business operations, industry analysis, financial performance, valuations and future growth prospects.

- Creating awareness about company to achieve optimal mix of investors (Institutional and Retail) and Research Coverage.

- Preparing Annual Reports, Investor Presentations, Earnings Presentations, Earnings Conference Call Highlights, Factsheets, Summary Sheets and Weekly Capital Market Reports for client companies.

- Support with drafting presentations to investor community i.e. fund managers at institutional investors like mutual funds, insurance companies etc, and analysts of brokerage houses.

- Providing support for results process - prepare investor presentations, plus briefing materials for senior management, in particular the Q&A preparation materials and back up documentation

- Support in organizing Road shows, Plant visits and Management Conferences for maximum interest generation through investor interactions with the management of company.

- Providing summary and insight into equity research reports and estimates on the company, competitors, and the industry.
