Investment Specialist - Alternate Investments

Position - Investment Specialist - ABC, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru

Reporting to Business Head

Location - Mumbai

Department - Alternate Business Channel

Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

1. Establish connect with Family offices, promoter families and Ultra High Net-worth Individuals (UHNI).

2. Introduce MF / PMS / AIF solutions from product basket to clients to build and strengthen an effective portfolio as required by client and periodically review the same.

3. Deepen relationship with clients and increase the share of wallet

4. Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.

5. Have thorough knowledge on various segments of the market & industries that will facilitate in having meaningful conversations with clients. Furthermore, he/she should gather market intelligence pertaining to the clients managed by him.

6. Enhance client experience including proactively sharing market updates, trends and other relevant information.

7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company's policies & processes at all times.

8. Participate in relevant events that will aid in expanding the client network.

Knowledge, Skills, and Personality Attributes:

1. Professionally qualified OR Management graduate specialized in sales domain, from Tier I and II college.

2. Strong experience in building and nurturing HNI Business.

3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people across grades and ecosystems.

4. Thorough understanding of competitor products.

5. Robust analytical abilities
