ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
- Responsible for Sale of office inventory with developers, IPCs and other local (renowned) real estate organizations.
- Responsible for growth of lending book, lending to developers, construction finance, LRD's & LAP.
- Responsible for supporting the CBRE in various aspects related to investment process and financial planning.
- Secure valuable information regarding the financial details of the client and provides them with different investment options by selling different investment products in banking and financial organization.
- conduct in depth analysis of vital data and client related information using various analytical tools and programs.
- Perform analysis of the portfolios and help in preparation of periodic investment performance reports.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and should be able to work in a target driven work environment.

- Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
