- As an Investment professional in Private Equity, your primary responsibility is to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in private companies. You will work closely with a team of professionals to manage the entire investment process, from sourcing deals to conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and monitoring investments. - 6 years of experience in working in early stage to series A investment deals. - Experience working in a VC / private equity firm. Sourcing and Evaluating Investment Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities by conducting market research, networking, and analyzing financial statements and other relevant data. Conducting Due Diligence: Once you have identified a potential investment opportunity, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth due diligence to assess the investment's potential risks and returns. Negotiating Deals: You will work with the deal team to negotiate deal terms, including the valuation, terms of the investment, and any conditions attached to the investment. Monitoring Investments: After making an investment, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the investment and working with the portfolio company to implement strategies to improve its operations and increase its value. Managing Investor Relations: As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with investors and providing regular updates on the performance of the investments in the portfolio. Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for preparing reports and analysis and managing the exit strategies of the portfolio company.
