The candidate should have hands on experience in performance attribution reporting, working on IT projects (like migration from Barclays point to Bloomberg) & experience in working on tools like VBA and SQL. Our distinguished client is looking for a team manager who would be a part of their investment solution team and who will be revamping their portal which tracks fund performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working on revamping the portal that tracks the fund performance in investment solution team
- Delivering performance attribution reports for UK pension funds
- Analyzing pension plans (defined benefit and defined contribution) on the basis of asset allocation, positioning, performance attribution, risk-return analysis etc.
- Preparing performance analysis and provide investment recommendations of various active and passive investment options on quarterly basis
- Writing the performance attribution of various investment strategies taking into consideration the security selection effect and allocation effect
- Drafting manager commentaries on a quarterly basis using micro-attribution analysis.
- Promoting automation within reporting infrastructure using VBA and SQL while streamlining reporting processes and database development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B Tech. /MCA/ MSc. In IT / Computer Science / Applied Mathematics with CFA/FRM
- 2.5-10 years- experience in investment management/ fund management firm with expertise in IT projects and portfolio analytics and performance attribution reporting.
- Prior experience in reporting of pension funds or other financial institutions is preferred
- Strong experience in tools like Prism, Barclays point, Bloomberg, Factset etc, and hands on in automation tools like VBA and SQL.
- Excellent insurance/employee benefits domain knowledge across geographies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A techno-functional professional with experience in managing teams.
