JOB PURPOSE / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role holder shall report to Director - Asset Management within Product and Performance Management Unit of Asset Management Department, and will be responsible for mainly for measuring Asset Management products' performance, among other relevant tasks including reporting. The role holder is expected to possess strong technical knowledge, coupled with strong communication skills where he/she can present and analyse performance of AMD products internally, and externally to clients, and potential clients.

Role responsibilities are summarized below:

- To prepare performance, and risk related reports to be circulated periodically to management.

- Preparation and development of products' factsheets.

- To prepare ad-hoc needed reports, data submissions internally, and externally.

- To develop (within excel) weekly attribution analyses of AMD products, and to present outcome as required.

- To develop weekly performance and risk measurement reports, and to present outcome as required.

- To have extended knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).

- Developing SAB AMD GIPS compliance project.

- Developing and maintaining unit's data bank, to ensure efficiency of reporting specially adhoc reporting.

- Exhibit strong communication skills to be able to understand, and present management requirements.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree (preferably Finance, Economics or Accounting)

- Master's degree in Finance or a relevant field is preferred.

- Professional financial or investment related qualification is preferred. (CFA OR FRM L1)

Minimum Experience:

- 5 Years+ asset management performance analyses.

Job-Specific Skills:

- Fluency in English.

- Strong performance, and risk management knowledge.

- Professional in using excel in financial modelling.

- Strong communication skills.

- Strategic and critical thinking.

- Ability to work as part of the team and individually
