Designation: Investment Officer

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in investing, listed market PMS, equity research

Location: Gift City Gandhinagar Gujarat

Job Role:

- Support throughout the investment process. This entails conducting business and industry research as well as corresponding with investment bankers and potential investors.

- At the time of investing, an external accounting firm was responsible for overseeing the accounting due diligence. This include defining the focal areas, directing the analysis, and formulating suggestions.

- Collaborating with legal companies to ensure comprehensive coverage of the commercial understanding and safeguarding of the Fund's interests.

- Preparing reports for the investors and other team members, as well as reviewing and analyzing the monthly MIS.

- Collaborating closely with investee firms' management. monitoring the performance of investee companies and developing and evaluating MIS for them.

- Provide advice on areas for development, performance reports, and new business prospects to investee companies.

- Examine and assess the expansion plan.
