Investment Manager - VC fund - Chennai

Role:

One of the clients of HRD India Consulting, a VC fund is looking for an Investment manager (equivalent to VP or Senior Associate) for leading the entire equity deal cycle.

The incumbent shall scout the deals, evaluate deals, do due diligence, finalize term sheets, close the deals. Will also manage/oversee portfolios post investments.

Skills/Exp. Required:

1. 3-8 yrs of experience

2. Must have excellent modeling skills

3. Must have handled deals end to end

4. High preference for a person from PE/VC/Impact fund background

5. Must be willing to travel in India & abroad

Its an international fund having investments in over 40 countries.
