Investment Manager - Tech Fund (3-8 yrs)
Investment Manager - Tech Fund (Late Stage)
- Evaluation of new investment proposals
- Assist the management and monitor portfolio companies, help with portfolio management
- Manage daily responsibilities of deal team and work closely with senior management on strategy and negotiations
- Handle most part of financial modelling
- Incumbents will manage internal due diligence process by themselves, work closely with senior management
- Assisting with preparation and presentation of investment recommendation to investment committee
Qualifications :
- MBA from leading institutes
- 3-8 years of experience with investment banking / private equity / consulting
- Experience in Digital and Tech
- Strong financial modelling, excel and research skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
