Designation: Investment Manager - Structured Credit

The position will primarily be responsible for the following :

- Sourcing and executing deals.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships.

- Assisting in the structuring and framing to place debt in the region.

- Credit risk analysis of counterparties and their market risks within the region, both on-site and off-site, involving due diligence and scoring exercises.

- Interaction with the investment committee and the transaction management unit of the fund to implement transactions

- Monitoring of portfolio debt investments as well as of the markets in the region.

- While this position will be based in Mumbai, a significant amount of time is expected to be spent traveling in Asia.

Requirements :

- Minimum 7 - 15 years experience in the assessment and debt financing or structuring credit deals

- Degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field from a top institution. Advanced graduate degree preferred.

- Excellent business development and assessment skills
