Investment Manager - Real Estate Sector

Purpose of Job:

- Assist in Client Sourcing and Coverage

- Assist in the Investment/ Financing Decision for Equity, Debt and Construction Finance across all asset classes in Real Estate.

- Proficiency in Investment Presentation, IC notes, Market Review & Cash flow Analysis.

- Liaison with various internal/external stakeholders like legal, finance, compliance etc

- Post Investment Monitoring

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Strong relationship background having good contacts with leading developers in the real estate market

- Support negotiation, initiate deal discussions, generate new relationships, etc.

- Oversee the delivery through team on IC notes, Cash flow Analysis, Financial Modeling, sensitivity analysis

- Identify key inferences and highlighting the same to the management

- Coordinating with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, Audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc

- Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc.

- Strong in micro market analysis in terms of demand supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc

- Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the project

Essential Qualifications: CA / MBA in Finance

Essential Experience:

Worked with a Real Estate focused Fund / NBFC / IPC on the investment side with real estate knowledge, understand approval process, construction timelines / costs, micro market analysis, Demand Supply trends, price trends, competitive mapping of various other developers
