Investment Manager - Private Equity - Infrastructure Sector - Buy Side

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Transaction life cycle management, Independent evaluation of projects.

- Financial modelling and due diligence as key deliverable

- Risk assessment, writing proposals to Investment Committee

- Transaction structuring with term sheet and documentation

- Be part of a dedicated infrastructure fund investment and co-investment team, working alongside others in the wider business

- Approaching potential Lenders / Investors

- Soliciting participation and addressing their queries

Skill set:

- Experience in the infrastructure/utilities / renewable energy sectors is highly preferable

- Strong financial modelling skills, excellent written communication skills, as well as a strong ability to judge people
