- Driving Revenue Business to generate Fee Income through products like Mutual Fund, Investment and Insurance
- Ensuring improvement in FA productivity on Fee Income through clients and improve revenue per client
- Ensure Deepening in client portfolio through higher product Penetration - in order to improve CASA through account activation
- Develop and grow independent direct channels for sales of fee income products through alternate channels like Internet Banking etc.
- Responsible for creating effective service metrics for Investment products in association with Operation and Technology Team (Performance Analysis Reports, Asset Class Reports, Reports on Capital Gains)
- Building capability amongst Financial Advisors on a regular basis (Product updates, developing FA skills for new launch) in close association with HCM Team
- Enhance NRV of clients and improve the existing share of wallet from clients to make as primary banker and investment advisor
- Ensuring completion of all compliance requirements for Investments business (AMFI/IRDA) and adherence to the code of selling and advisory) - In association with HCM and Compliance Team
- The performance of the position will be tracked basis revenue generation and NRV enhanced
Key Skills:
- Person should be prior associated with responsibility to produce revenue through team of Relationship Managers at a central level
- In-depth understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Alternate Assets, Insurance) along with impact of selling investment products for overall CASA/ Liability book business
- Should have a prior experience of assisting creation of infrastructure for direct sales of investment products and investments service metrics
