Position Overview:

The Company is looking to hire an individual for the role of Strategy Associate, to work closely with the finance, strategy and operations teams to support them in a variety of ways including, but not limited to new product development and launches, improving operational effectiveness, investor relations, fund-raising negotiations, MIS reports, and managing negotiations with key partners. The role involves cross-functional experience across various verticals such as Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and Marketing.

- Analyst or Associate working in a corporate finance at an investment bank, private equity firm or consulting firm looking to move to a young but very promising fintech startup to gain operational experience and help build India's best fintech company

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work directly with the senior leadership team and will be responsible for:

- Executing and scaling new product developments

- Improving operational efficiencies by automating processes

- Monitoring KPIs, unit economics, and other business metrics

- Owning the MIS and work closely with investors to answer questions about the MIS

- Assisting in investor relations

- Negotiating and driving deals with lenders and other participants in the financial services

- Coordinating across cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery of KPIs for critical projects

Eligibility Criteria:

- Degree from a top-tier institute (IIT/BITS/NIT/SRCC/LSR)

- Upto 2 year of work experience from a top-tier investment firm, investment banking firm, private equity or consulting firm

- You have experience making 3 statement financial models or business plans

- You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- You have a curiosity towards and some understanding of financial services
