Job Title : Investment Banking-Project Finance (Loan Syndication)

Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

Sectors : Solar, Renewables, Roads, Power, Transport, Infrastructure etc.

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Loan syndications team which is responsible for structured selling down of the loan book as per the Bank's requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing client relationship for achieving the desired business numbers

- Preparation of Credit appraisal proposals. Doing Financial Analysis and presenting the proposals to Credit department for sanctions

- Undertake the negotiation of documentation with legal department or legal counsel for finalization of legal documentation

- Constantly monitor the developments happening in and around competition

- MIS Preparation, Analysis and compliance with policies and procedures.

- Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills

- Requires sound operational process knowledge of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation.

- Good MIS preparation and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
