Investment Banking Role - Leveraged Finance

- Relevant experience in supporting Leveraged Finance desk in an investment bank, consulting firm, boutique firm, advisory firm.

- Understanding client requirements and estimating the time effort required.

- Supporting our clients across industries in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance space.

- Prepare pitch books, capital structure analysis, detailed credit profiles, credit memos, sales memos and road show presentations.

- Demonstrated knowledge of the syndicated loan and/or debt capital markets and/or leveraged finance and the corresponding product.

- Good knowledge of the High Yield Bonds Market including their pricing steps, market dynamics, credit analysis; covenant analysis etc.
