Our Client is a Mid- Sized Firm that offers Transaction advisory services such as Mergers & acquisitions, Due Diligence, Valuation, Fund Raising
Job Responsibilities :
- Conducting industry and company-specific research
- Preparing marketing material for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments including detailed financial models
- Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement including assisting in preparation of pitch books, deal readers, etc.
- Maintaining updated tracking sheets for traded comparable companies
- Supporting the due diligence process
Candidate profile :
- Chartered Accountant or MBA from top tier institution
- One to two years of professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, financial modeling, investment banking
- Excellent analytic foundation with advanced understanding of financial statements and various valuation methodologies
- Proficient at financial modeling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong writing skills with experience with both PowerPoint and Microsoft Word reports and presentations
- Strong communication skills to deal with clients and team member
