Investment Banking Professional - Real Estate Sector - CA/IIM/XLRI/FMS

Client: Domestic Investment Bank looking to augment its real estate practice

Role Summary:

- End-to-end engagement from business development and pitching to transaction closure

- MUST have worked on atleast a few REAL ESTATE transactions

- Preparation of Pitch Books, Research and analysis of industry trends,Trading Comps and Transaction Comps

- Preparing detailed Information Memorandum's showcasing business and capabilities to solicit investment

- Cash flow and financial modeling across sectors for various PE and M&A projects. Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the client's business and economics would be important

- Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF, SOTP, and other relevant valuation techniques

- Front-end exposure in managing the client in execution of M&A / Private Equity transactions

Academic Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier I B-School (IIMs/XLRI/FMS) or CA rank holder. CFA would be an added advantage

- About 2 + years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate M&A, Investments

- Good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
