Investment Banking Professional - Real Estate Practice

We currently are looking for an Investment Banking Professional for a Real Estate Company in South India.

Responsibilities include

- Lead the Real Estate practice and to be a part of the Strategy team

- Ideate and execute transactions across Growth capital, PE, M&A, Land acquisition, Core / opportunistic acquisition.

- Manage end-to-end execution of through Financial and Valuation Models, Structuring, Due Diligence, Documentation, Negotiations and Land owner/ institutional Investors Management

- Responsible for formulating and implementing a long-range real estate asset management and/or capital raise strategy.
