Investment Banking - Infra - IIM/IIT/ISB

Looking for Senior Associate/AVP/VPs with one of our boutique investment banking clients.

This person would be expected to advise clients on appropriate capital syndication strategies for growth and expansion capital, acquisition financing, structured debt solutions, debt restructuring, etc.

The person should have 3-8 years of investment banking experience (preferably in the infrastructure sector) including research, deal execution, mergers & acquisition advisory, financial modelling,debt syndication, etc.

Candidates with MBA from reputed institutes like IIM,ISB, IIT or CAs with meritorious degrees would be considered.
