Job Description - The role is based out of Mumbai, India. It is a structured 2 year Associate program starting June 2015 About the Role:

The role involves three key responsibilities:

- Sourcing deals:

- Identify & shortlist attractive investment opportunities and source them independently

- Deal execution:

- Financial modeling, evaluation, structuring, negotiation and deal closure

- Portfolio management:

- Work closely with portfolio companies to achieve targeted objectives, improve core operations etc

The Successful Candidate - The right candidate would have 1-2 years of Private equity/Consulting/M&A experience with a leading Private Equity fund/Consulting firm or an Investment Bank. Must be Pre-MBA and interested in going into a Private Equity role. MUST have:

- Excellent academic background from top-tier school (IIT or foreign Universities only) with strong GPA
