Investment Banking Analyst/Associate - Technology/MBA

An independent M&A advisor is looking for investment banking analysts/associates to support M&A and fundraising transactions.

Job Description:

- Support mergers & acquisitions and fundraising mandates

- Prepare marketing materials incl. information memorandums, management presentations

- Conduct/manage industry research and analysis projects

- Provide quantitative analyses including financial forecasting and valuations

- Work independently

Required qualifications:

- Experience in investment banking

- Technical undergraduate degree, ideally combined with MBA or equivalent degree in business administration or economics from a reputable university

- Thorough understanding of technology and the internet

- Entrepreneurial and leadership skills

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages advantageous
