Job Description:

- Generating leads

- Collecting and collating, analyzing Business Information with assistance of clients and help resolving queries as and when required,assisting in preparation of Information Memorandums

- Liaising with the Client, for Getting mandates for fund raising

- Assisting Top management in research ideas

- Advising the team members on targeting perspective borrowers

- Assisting clients in partner search related transactions for JVs, strategic or other tie ups etc.

- Conducting industry research, market mapping and company-specific analysis

- Preparing marketing material for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments (IM/Pitchbooks)

- Identifying potential acquirers (targets) for domestic and global sell side (buy side) transactions

- Supporting the due diligence process for the live transactions, taking complete ownership of the pitch books or financial models developed

- Carrying out intrinsic valuation using valuation techniques

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong ability to analyse businesses, industries and their workings

- Understanding of enterprise needs of capital, strategic moves

- Understanding of legal framework,Banking Rules, SEBI Rules, Companies Act, and other applicable industrial laws for individual transactions

- Reasonable verbal and written communication skills

- Convincing Power and Persuasion Skills

- Ability to work under minimal supervision

- Proficient with MS Office/Open Office

- 2 years of experience front offices of an Investment bank

- Excellent academics are a must

- He/She should possess excellent MS Office skills

- He/She should have excellent written & oral communication skills

- He/She should be a self-starter and should be enterprising by nature

- Passion towards investment banking is a must, other skills sought include ability to multi-task, work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and successfully manage deadlines
