Job Description and Responsibilities:

1) Investment Banker

2) To handle buy side and sale side mandate of unlisted and listed Corporate

3) Your services would include travelling and meeting the corporates and sourcingthe mandates PAN India and meeting the investors and closing funds raising PAN India. You shall also have one Associate VP for sourcing the mandate andone associate investor relation.

4) Should handle End- To-End Fundraising, M&A Process.

5) Should have experience in advising Founders/Management team in various aspects such corporate restructuring,mergers.

6) Skills Required: Investment Banking, Fundraising, Investment Research,Financial Modeling,Investment Strategies.
