Responsibilities Tasks :
1. Preparation of marketing materials used in Equity Fund Raise and MA, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books
- Preparation of various types of financial models for structured debt and equity
- Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis, and structuring of live transactions
- Leverage existing connections and develop new connections in the Private Equity Venture Capital Space to ensure mandate closure
- Participate in negotiations and other closure activities
- Work with senior team members/SBU to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
Skills Experience :
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in the Investment banking space
- Should have worked in PE / MA across different sectors. Experience in the closure of stressed asset acquisitions / NCLT acquisitions would be viewed positively
- Back office KPO experience will be viewed less favorably
- CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience.
- CFA charter or progress towards it would be a plus
