Our services include:  - Deal related business strategies - Advising clients on issues ranging from competitive benchmarking and strategic positioning to market-entry strategies  - Mergers and Acquisition Strategy and Process - Assisting clients on M&A issues ranging from inorganic growth strategy to strategic acquisition screening  - Commercial Due Diligence - In connection with specific acquisition targets, this involves advising clients on market and competitive conditions relative to the projected business plans supporting a deal  The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:  - End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness  - Day to day Strategy and Planning  - Client relationship management  - People management  - Business development The team will help clients to:  - Identify key sector dynamics   - Evaluate emerging product-market opportunities (understanding and entering new markets or geographies)  - Formulate and implement corporate/divisional/business-unit strategies  - Identify and evaluate appropriate M&A/alliance opportunities and targets  - Turn-around failing companies or divisions  - Reposition the company after a period of change  The positon reports into the MD.
