Investment Analyst - Venture Capital

Job Description:

1. Responsible for industry research, primary company research for Company's portfolio and coverage universe

2. The core responsibility includes doing business and financial research and diligence on startups that are raising capital, analyzing in depth their industry, competition, and creating a detailed research note.

3. Do in-depth industry research involving global and domestic industry data and mapping of the entire chain of participants

4. Perform primary research including channel checks, plant visits, company visits

5. Performing due diligence, engaging with founders and liaison with the legal counsel in deal closure

6. Research on deals, trends, transactions in startup early stage ecosystem

7. Build a network of industry participants across industry coverage.

8. Writing update notes and reports

9. Doing industry networking across various industries where the fund has exposure. 10. Build a strong connect with Company's portfolio company management
