Investment Analyst - Real Estate Funding - CA/MBA

- Macro and micro market research and presentation

- Target company-oriented research and analysis; Reading and analyzing financial statements; Financial modeling and valuation

- Assisting in the preparation of investment proposals

- Co-ordinating, assisting in due diligence processes including working with due diligence agencies (financial, legal, technical, valuation, etc) and the target company as part of the investment process

- Assisting in preparation of internal deal discussion memos and presentations

- Working with internal and external legal teams and target company to ensure timely completion of deal-related activities

- Monitoring financials, MIS and tracking business updates for existing portfolio companies; site visits, preparing and presenting formal and informal portfolio updates

- Internal reporting, valuation etc

- Any other activities, initiatives as may be required or mandated as part of organization priorities

- Support the team across the entire investment value chain, including industry analysis, deal identification / origination, deal analysis including financial modelling, research & fieldwork, management meetings, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and management, and exits

- Work with senior team members to prepare deal thesis, internal deal presentations, investment committee presentations
