Investment Analyst - Private Equity/Venture Capital/Investment Banking - Asset Management Firm (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Research and Sector Assessment enabling identification of potential Investment opportunities
- Prepare and present investment committee memos (Industry Overview, Opportunity Investment Thesis, Peer comparison, valuation analysis)
- Support the execution of investments by performing Financial due diligence, financial analysis, modeling, deal closing and interaction required for investment communication
- Legal Documentation, liaison with Lawyers
- Portfolio monitoring and conduct periodic Portfolio Analysis
- Preparing presentations and communique for Investor Interactions
Position Requirements:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting
Qualification : MBA from Top Tier Institute
- Sector understanding of either Consumer Tech, Fintech or Enterprise Tech
- Strong research skills incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Highly proficient in financial statement analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple investment opportunities and projects
