We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and structured thinker who will provide exceptional service to our GPs and LPs behind the scenes by making their investment experience seamless. The success of a funding campaign requires the coordination of multiple systems and teams (including legal, portfolio operations, venture associates, and more) and in this role, you will be expected to execute workflows and project manage all activities related to new investment set up. You will be: Fundraising campaigns: Socialising fundraising campaigns: ensuring prudent stakeholder management, closing deals and executing legal processes. Drive the fundraising process by working with primarily internal team members, identifying & fixing ops roadblocks. Knowledge management: Review investment memos and documents for consistency and compliance. Record investment data and project manage signature processes with companies and investors. Manage a central repository of processes and identify opportunities to promote effective operations. Portfolio Support: Assist in early-stage company building and setting up infrastructure support for founders. Help track portfolio performance and metrics. Community building: Assist in building curated events and opportunities for our founder community and bringing them closer. Identifying stakeholders for partnerships to support our founders and facilitate their growth. What do we look for? Qualifications & Skill Set - 1-3 years of quantitative and qualitative research experience - Consulting or investment banking experience is mandatory - Experience in deal sourcing & due diligence is a plus - Proficient with Excel, and PowerPoint
