Investment Analyst - Global VC

A global Venture Capital firm headquartered in Southeast Asia is looking to hire ambitious undergrads as Investment professionals at an Analyst level for their growth strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of financial documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments- bank applications, information memoranda and prospectus.

2. Develop an investment policy aligned to the company strategy and an investment criterion for evaluating prospective projects.

3. Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects and recommend an investment decision.

4. Liaising with fund managers, company managers, stock market traders, stockbrokers and regulators with a view to expanding funding access while improving market perception.

5. Analysing company accounts and financial projections and advise the company on how to best position its investments.

6. Conducting market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance management of funds.

7. Participating in financial briefing provided by the investment managers and analysts internally and externally.

8. Ensuring that all investment compliance regulations are met.

Ideal candidate: Ideal profile is 2 yrs. in investments / buy side advisory + 1/2 yrs. in a startup role.
