Investment Analyst - BFSI

Purpose of the role :

The Investment Analyst will work with the firm's broader investment team, while assuming analytical responsibility for companies in the Real Estate sector in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsibility for the analysis of underlying company / companies

- Thorough research on the underlying company / companies using all available and provided sources (including, but not limited to, company managements, competitors, vendors, third party research providers, expert networks, distributors, alternate data, etc) to formulate a view

- Create and maintain investment models on each company

- Develop, maintain and contribute to checklists for investment process and deal collaterals

- Communicate views through written and verbal presentations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Ability to work effectively as a team player

- Strong analytical skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience

- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Keen interest in Real Estate
