Investment Analyst - BFS

Investment, Credit & Risk Analyst - for a leading asset resolution company. Candidates should be open for contract assignments also, else should not apply. Should be from a bank/NBFC with experience in handling wholesale credit, large corporate accounts.

Details :

- Evaluate financial statements and projections with stress tests to determine credit risks.

- Should be adept at assessing restructuring for large corporates, wholesale credit accounts

- Examination of Industry Scenario - Market and Demand Analysis of the Industry, Industry structure, peers company analysis.

- Study of the operational, business, financial and managerial risks aspects.

- Comprehensive analysis of financial statements - ratio, sensitivity and scenario analysis.

- Review legal & valuation reports and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.

- Preparation of appraisal proposals in line with corporate policy.
