Investment Analyst - BFS

Core Responsibilities:

- Evaluate land and Data Center investment opportunities

- Responsible for Financial Analysis and to develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate investments based on various assumptions

- Responsible for financial analysis of cash flows and report writing

- Market assessment and feasibility analysis

- Conducting Commercial and Legal Due Diligence.

- Establishing a relevant network of Brokers, Intermediaries, banks, Channel Partners etc. to ensure excellent market intelligence.

- Strong knowledge of local developmental rules and regulations.

- Ongoing monitoring of assets.

- Working closely with the management team, sellers/JV partners to negotiate, structure and close transactions

- Assisting/coordinating the entire deal process including various due diligences, preparing IC Memos, deal documentation etc.
