Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

1) Engagement with banks/FIs to identify distressed assets and its resolution, pricing, sectorial dynamics.

2) Adept at financial modelling and working knowledge of corporate finance, investments, due-diligence, cash-flow monitoring, etc.

3) Basic legal understanding to for due diligence, resolution strategy.

4) Preparation of valuation charts, pricing, offer documents

5) Asset Monitoring and ownership to monitor adherence to processes and policies

6) Pre-acquisition approvals and post-acquisition notes, MIS, etc.

Qualification:

- Has to be a qualified CA/ or CFA/ or MBA - Finance (full time only)

- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Relationship, Banking/Resolution/Investment Banking, NBFC (wholesale lending)

- Thorough understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, etc.
