Investment Analyst/Associate

The individual would be entrusted with the following key responsibilities but will be required to contribute in other organizational activities :

- Supporting the investment team in portfolio monitoring, reviewing financial statements and tracking progress against targets of investee companies, benchmarking against industry, preparing reports and making presentation of findings

- Managing reporting and compliance requirements of the fund

- Conducting market research and tracking market trends to provide insights to the investment team

- Creating and compiling research reports for internal and external use

Qualification & Skills :

- 2 years+ of relevant work experience preferred

- MBA would be an added advantage but not mandatory

- CA mandatory

- Passion for working closely with early stage high growth companies

- Self starter, ability to initiate projects and work independently

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint a must)
