Investment Analyst/Associate - BFS

Job Description:

- The analyst / associate will be a key member of the investment team responsible for creating the right framework and supporting the leadership in developing and validating investment theses and decision making and deal execution.

- Being a small fund, the candidate will get very wide exposure across the value chain which will enable him to understand and drive the entire investment process end to end.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be required to carry out primary and secondary research on sectors and companies, to aid in the development of investment theses

- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to develop financial models for the target companies (must have at least 2 year experience in financial modeling at an investment bank / fund / Consulting firm or KPO)

- Work with different stakeholders during diligence such as lawyers, accountants and taxation experts to manage the process
