Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on capital markets, IPOs, and venture funds, focusing on trends, opportunities, and risks in the Indian and Middle Eastern markets.

Company Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate companies for potential investment, focusing on financial health, market position, growth potential, and risks.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and valuations.

Deck Creation: Prepare detailed investment decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Advisory Support: Assist in IPO advisory services, including pre-IPO preparations, due diligence, and roadshow coordination.

Investment Banking: Support investment banking activities related to venture funds and capital markets, including deal sourcing, transaction execution, and client interactions.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on market conditions, portfolio performance, and investment recommendations
