Financial Modelling - Bidding - Investment Analysis Specialist

- Thorough analysis of investment opportunities in renewable energy space (primarily Solar and Wind) including green field investments (bids and non-bids opportunities) as well as acquisitions

- Developing as well as analyzing detailed financial models with sensitivity analysis. The candidate should be able to build models from scratch.

- To carry out and co-ordinate due diligence of proposed investments.

- Preparing investment case to the management after detailed diligence supported by financial analysis.

- To handle the deal from start to finish including analysis and evaluation of transactions, structuring and negotiations till closure of the deal and documentation & compliances etc.

- Market intelligence and tracking regulatory updates in renewable energy sector.

- Portfolio management of existing investments.
