- Responsible to guide and lead a team of 20-25 Wealth Managers.

- Act as an subject matter expert on investment products and structured products

- Coach, train and nurture the team

- Drive revenue of the cluster.

- Relationship management for key a/cs in the region.

- Work closely with product teams and third party product teams

Desired Profile:

- Over 10 years of exposure in handling Premium clients banking needs.

- Analytical and in depth understanding of investment products

- Ability to handle a team

- Excellent leadership ability and relationship skills.
