Investment Advisor - Startup

One of our clients which is start up in the Management Consulting firm is looking for Investment Advisors with 5-15 years of experience.

- Experience in Financial Modeling, Valuation

- Experience in Equity Issue Management - Structuring, Pricing

- Strong relationships and reach with Investment houses - VCs, PE, Family Offices, Fund Houses, UHNIs, HNIs, Wealth Managers

- Experience in syndicating and placing equity issues of unlisted companies

- Senior Resource Preferred Age: 35 - 40 years

- Junior Resource Preferred Age: 30 - 34 years

- Education - MBA / CA / CFA / CPA

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Personality - Dynamic, Ambitious, Ethical, Highly Persistent and Happy

It is an urgent requirement so canddiates with shorter notice period or out of job would be preferred.
