Job Description - Work with clients along with relationship Managers (RMs) in recommending appropriate model/ customized portfolios based on risk evaluation of the clients. - Independently handle the advisory for clients mapped - Responsible for delivery of ideas generated into client portfolios - Responsible to profile clients appropriately and ensure portfolios advised are in line with client risk appetite - Responsible for designing and strengthening the Investment Planning process - Inputs on house view on the direction of the equity &amp; debt markets - Inputs for constructing, reporting and monitoring of model portfolios - Disseminate market facing literature. - Facilitate monthly/quarterly update on investment performance of recommended products - Assisting RMs on key client calls -&nbsp;Advisory process is true to label with no P&amp;L responsibilities. Hence, client focus is critical. Candidate Profile - 2-5 years in investment management (preferably in a similar role) in the private banking / wealth management industry. - Instrumental in developing investment policy/strategies, committee memberships and/or leadership. - Ability to grow into larger role of handling a team of team of advisor's will be critical to the role. - Deep understanding of key asset classes - Equity, Debt, Forex, Real Estate, Commodities and other alternate assets/ Value of diversification - Extensive familiarity with research reports and articles - Proven people management experience - Excellent analytical and communication skills
