Investment & Accounts Role - Family Office - BFS

The role is for a Family Office looking to hire a Finance person who will manage group and personal accounts up to finalization; coordinate audits and filing of returns; and provide updated feedback / reports of changes in statutory regulations.

Role :

1. To support FO seniors with analyses and feedback so as to maximise optimisation of financial outcomes and wealth.

2. To coordinate on taxation matters with FO seniors (accounting, tax and investments).

3. To manage accounting, finalisation and reporting.

Job description :

- Monitor financial market trends, prepare and propose financial products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or insurance etc.

- Review and plans regularly to determine whether economic changes, environmental concerns etc and indicate a need for plan reassessment.

- Structured financial analysis and reporting.

- Finalization of all accounts of family entities & group concerns.

- Preparation of Income Tax, GST, Tax Audit, TDS Returns

- Co-ordinate with Tax & Legal heads

- Management of all accounting transactions.

- Submission of Daily Cash & Bank Statements and monthly Financials.

- Timely payment of Payables.

- Regular MIS Reports.

Qualifications, Experience, Competencies :

- 5-10 years' experience, preferably including in a reputed Family Office, in managing finance and accounts of family entities and group concerns.

- Experience in Structured financial analysis and reporting.

- Experience in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Personal Finance, Tally Accounting, Finalisation of accounts.

- Strong systems approach, complete familiarity with all required IT software

- Excellent written & verbal skills
