Assistant Manager Marketing & Content Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG. Key Responsibilities : - To streamline and execute all the marketing related efforts for the Startup India program - Designing and executing high impact marketing campaigns for new and existing programs - Track and monitor the campaign progress by creating dashboards - Be the voice of Startup India across all its social media platforms - Generate content for www.startupindia.gov.in, that would have an overall goal of increasing engagement with Startup India stakeholders and updating it regularly - Coordinating with the multiple agencies and stakeholders to ensure end to end effective execution of campaigns - Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the progress and analysing gaps to act upon - Ideating and executing new initiatives to increase the reach of Startup India initiatives and better stakeholder benefits Qualifications : - 2 to 4 years of experience in campaign management and digital marketing - Excellent communication skills - Passionate to contribute & learn - Well versed with the nuances and functioning of the Social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram - Efficient stakeholder management & attention to detail - Strong business acumen to conceptualize content - Understand (and embrace) how brand and user strategy seamlessly converse in the modern marketing landscape - Ability to balance left/right brain methods to deliver effective, creative campaigns for various Startup India initiatives
