About the Department Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department of Promotion for Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG. Key Responsibilities - Event planning & management - Managing printing & production of material for promotional purposes - Managing translations of promotional material in India as well as foreign languages Vendor management - Creation of detailed event SOW with the team - Managing procurement processes in relation to printing, production, events, and translations including RFPs - Design coordination of all promotional & event material - Overall quality management of all promotional material Qualifications - Bachelors is a must, MBA/PGDM degree would be preferred - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in events' marketing and communications - Knowledge of government procurement would be preferred - Good communication skills - Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) - Can handle multiple, fragmented tasks and prioritize them under tight timelines - Meticulous and reliable, with high degree of flexibility and ability to work under fast-paced environment; able to translate complex issues into effective work solutions - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment, partnering across staff levels within and beyond Invest India
