Job Responsibilities : - Assisting the Director Marketing &amp; Products in Digital &amp; BTL activities. - Managing all digital properties with a focus on e transactions. Taking care of everything from SEO, SEM to social media marketing. - Improving the user experience on the company's digital properties (includes design, content and usability). Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate - Evaluating competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them - Collecting and Evaluating customer feedback data - In addition, creating &amp; ideation of various marketing materials to be used as sales aids. Assistance in BTL activities.
